A pumped up strength class with incorporated medium to heavy dumbbells weights. Combination movements are used to focus on building and toning larger muscle groups. The class lasts 45-50 minutes. 

It is recommended to wear closed toes tennis shoes to all barre strength classes for better stability, balance, and safety.
