An express pumped up strength class with incorporated medium to heavy dumbbells weights. Combination movements are used to focus on building and toning larger muscle groups. The class lasts 30 minutes. 

It is recommended to wear closed toes tennis shoes to all barre strength classes for better stability, balance, and safety.
