Come Jump and Sculpt. This is a workout using trampolines and other equipment such as weights, resistance bands, Pilate rings and more. Barre/pilate workouts as well as high cardio with jumping is involved. Rebound fitness is a great workout using trampolines, loud music and lots of fun! Class is 45 minutes.
